We gently explore what’s coming up for you, uncover what may be holding you back, and move through it at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system. This is not about rushing or forcing change—it’s about creating lasting shifts through awareness, presence, and intention.

I use a blend of life coaching and somatic healing techniques that gently connect the mind and body. This may include nervous system regulation practices, breathwork, body awareness, and guided reflection. Through this work, we begin to bring awareness to what may be beneath the surface—subtly uncovering what could be contributing to feelings of anxiety, tension, or emotional holding in the body that may be manifesting into your current reality. These tools are designed to support the release of stored emotions, helping you feel more grounded and creating a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself.
